If my organisation is successful in becoming a livestream host, I/We agree to ensure that:
- All branding and sponsorship guidance will be adhered to for the events and any accompanying activities, marketing and digital media
- Any fundraising carried out to fund the events will conform to current legislation and comply with fundraising regulations
- Where relevant, ticket income is not expected to exceed the costs of running the event (including overheads and staff time)
- Our organisation has robust data protection, health and safety and safeguarding policies and procedures in place
- All events will be run in adherence to current health and safety and safeguarding legislation and regulations
- All events will be run in line with safeguarding good practice and all reasonable steps will be taken to safeguard the welfare of children and adults at risk (including staff and volunteers having the appropriate safeguarding training and vetting for their roles at the events, and appropriate consent and supervision for any unaccompanied children, if relevant)
